Often we are in situations where we feel uncomfortable; we don’t know how to assertively get control of the situation so we back off. When we get in these situations we can lose our self esteem and comfort with the people we need to speak to. This program helps us understand how to speak to people in this type of situation.

  • Learn to speak in an assertive manner
  • Get the message across without harming relationships
